Important Notes/Terms of Service:

• We accept Visa and MasterCard
• We accept money orders or cashier checks
• We may accept personal checks, and may hold shipment until the check has cleared
• We charge $25 plus collection costs for returned checks/declined charges
• Shipping/handling/insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the purchase price
• Insurance is at the buyer's option. If buyer opts not to insure shipment, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise once shipped.
• Texas Sales taxes are added to the purchase price for items shipped to destinations in Texas unless a properly completed and signed Texas Resale Certificate or Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification is received in advance.
• We usually ship via UPS or US Mail depending on weight, destination, and the material being shipped. Other shipping methods are available if arrangements are made in advance.
• Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours [some are shipped the same day!!]
• To pick up your order, or to visit the rock house, please contact us to make an appointment
• Return merchandise in original condition accepted only with our prior authorization and with shipment at buyer's expense. Requests for RMA [return merchandise authorization] must be received within 7calendar days of your receipt of shipment. Shipping/handling fees will be deducted from refunds
• Notify us immediately upon receipt of shipment of any claims for damages
• Use of this website indicates that you have read and agree to the policies and terms contained herein
• Photos usually do not do justice to the materials pictured, and quality/color can be affected by browser and monitor settings. Additional photos of specific material/specimens may be available on your request
• All measurements and descriptions are as accurate as possible and to the best of our abilities
• Though there have been few changes, prices are subject to change without notice, and materials/specimens are subject to prior sale
